Adjusting & Overcoming is a space designed specifically for that season of life, giving girls room to process what they're going through alongside peers who genuinely understand.

This isn't about fixing anything that's "wrong" it's about equipping girls with the language and confidence to handle what life brings and reminding them they don't have to carry it alone.

Girls ages 13–16 who are looking for a place to feel understood, build genuine friendships, and develop skills that carry them well beyond the group itself.
