Our Services

At Relative Counseling, we offer personalized therapy services that honor the full spectrum of your experiences. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, emotional overwhelm, or relationship challenges, we’re here to help you reconnect with yourself, one session at a time.

  • Individual Therapy

For teens and adults seeking clarity, peace, and personal growth.

We provide a grounded and compassionate space to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, and more. Sessions are goal-oriented, client-led, and rooted in both evidence-based and integrative approaches.

  • Family & Parent-Child Therapy

Healing happens in relationships—especially at home.

We support families working through emotional disconnect, behavioral challenges, or neurodivergent dynamics. Special emphasis is placed on improving communication, building co-regulation skills, and repairing patterns between parents and children.

  • Group Support

Healing in community. Real connection. Lasting transformation.

We currently offer specialized group experiences to create community and healing around shared challenges:

Facilitating growth and understanding between caregivers and children, especially in neurodiverse households or after emotional rupture.

Parent-Child Relationship Work

Offering affirming care and strategies tailored to focus, sensory sensitivity, emotional regulation, and executive functioning needs—for individuals and families.

Neurodivergent Support (ADHD & Autism Spectrum)

Holding space for the deeper wounds—helping you process, release, and reclaim parts of yourself that have been silenced or fragmented.

Trauma & Inner Child Work

Supporting clients in rediscovering meaning, energy, and emotional connection after periods of burnout, sadness, or detachment.

Depression & Emotional Numbness

INSURANCE WE ACCEPT

Insurance Co-payment: Co-payment rates vary according to your specific insurance plan.

Insurance Disclaimer: Please note that fees may vary depending on your insurance provider. Some insurance companies may also have a deductible, which is an out-of-pocket amount, that must be paid by the patient before the insurance companies are willing to begin paying any amount for services. This will typically mean that you will be responsible for paying for initial sessions with me until your deductible has been met; the deductible amount may also need to be met at the start of each calendar year.

Once we have all the information about your insurance coverage, we will discuss what we can reasonably expect to accomplish with the benefits available and what will happen if coverage ends before you feel ready to end your sessions. It is important to remember that you always have the right to pay for my services yourself to avoid the problems described above, unless prohibited by my provider contract.

If I am not a participating provider for your insurance plan, I will supply you with a receipt of payment for services, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note that not all insurance companies reimburse for out-of-network providers. If you prefer to use a participating provider, I will refer you to a colleague.

Financial Assistance: We understand that some individuals may require financial support. We do offer a sliding scale fee structure to accommodate those in need of assistance.
